Dear Darien Club Owners Association members:

The following information has been prepared to assist you in electing new members to your Board of Directors. 

CALL FOR CANDIDATES:

The Darien Club Owners Association is looking for homeowners interested in serving and running for the Board of Directors. Owners interested in the future of their investment should take this opportunity to apply for a position on the Board of Directors.  Homeowner Candidates must be in good standing in the community.  Please complete the attached application and return to Real Manage no later than March 18, 2022.

ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION DATE:  Wednesday, April 27, 2022

TIME:  7:00 p.m. Meeting Sign in at 6:45 p.m.

LOCATION:  Meeting will be held virtually. (See below for Virtual Links)

PURPOSE:  The purpose of the meeting is to elect one (1) Board Member whose term is expiring. The Board Member whose term is expiring is:

1.  John Becker

 WHO SHOULD BE ELECTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS?

Members of the Board should be responsible homeowners who have an interest in serving the community.  The Association is looking for eligible candidates who are the recorded Owner of each household (only one per household).  You should run for a Board position if you are interested in the fine quality of life at Darien Club Owners Association and if you feel you have knowledge, skills or experience that can benefit the community as a whole.
